We want our website to be as accessible as possible so that everyone can easily use it and find, read and understand all the content that we publish.
Accessibility and Assistive Technology
Everyone should be able to access our site with assistive technology such as Dragon Naturally Speaking, JAWS (Job Access With Speech), NVDA (Non Visual Desktop Access) and ZoomText. You can also use screen magnifiers and your operating system’s speech recognition software.
One Click Accessibility
We’ve also installed One Click Accessibility across our website. Every user can access this by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears on the top right hand corner of most of our web pages. After triggering the accessibility menu, please wait a second or two for the accessibility menu to fully load. We are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and the One Click Accessibility widget greatly improves our compliance with the guidelines.
Further Accessibility Enhancement
We are continually working to make all pages and content fully accessible. However, some content may unfortunately not yet be fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found the most appropriate technological solution.
Alternative Formats
If you’re having any difficulty at all accessing our website, please contact us straight away. Similarly, if you would like any information on our site in a different format, please contact us to tell us what you need. We will be more than happy to help. We want to make our website accessible to everyone, and if you have any feedback to how we can do this, or if you know of any other features that could improve our website accessibility, please do let us know.
Videos
The majority of videos on our website are text based and use text/subtitles within the video content. If you would like a written transcript of any of our videos, please do let us know.
