Assessing Training Needs
Most smaller and medium-sized employers do not employ dedicated training teams within their organisations. At CPD Learning, we can work alongside key managers and senior leaders to identify training needs and then work with you to develop a staff training and CPD strategy across your organisation. We can also work with you to run train-the-trainer programmes so that existing staff are supported and equipped to fully implement the strategy.

Developing Learning Resources
In-house training and professional development can become time-consuming and costly if much of it is centred around face-to-face delivery by existing members of staff. At CPD Learning, we can work with you to create low-cost digital learning resources including workbooks, video content, online learning tasks and assessments which can significantly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your in-house training programme.

Enabling Online Training
Enabling online training typically involves setting-up an online learning platform, either hosted on your own organisation’s server or on a secure online platform, and providing appropriate access / permissions for relevant staff to manage and use the system. In-house learning resources and other learning content are organised into modules and courses for staff to undertake in ways that are flexible and meet the needs of both the individual member of staff and the organisation as a whole.
