Online Learning
As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are all far more used to online video conferencing software such as Zoom. At CPD Learning, we combine real-time online teaching with a wide range of learning resources hosted on our VLE (virtual learning environment).
At the start of your programme of study, we will provide you with a unique username / password for you to access our VLE system. This includes learning resources, guidance about assignments and downloadable reading materials such as articles and book chapters, You can access these resources at any time and on any device (laptop, tablet, mobile etc) so that you can study wherever and whenever is convenient for you.
Blended Learning
Blended learning is the combination of online learning with face-to-face learning. Our typical pattern of blended learning combines:
- Downloadable study resources from the VLE (as described above)
- Real-time online teaching and tutorials, via Zoom
- A block of 2-3 days, six times per year at our study centre in West London (with overnight accommodation organised if required)
If this is not practical for you, all of our courses are available online so just choose the approach that will work best for you.
